There is nothing that this man enjoys more than relaxing in his living room with a few good friends and a great bottle of wine, and discussing its vices and virtues. Dr. Pollock's love and interest in wine has continued to evolve over the last 25 years, beginning with numerous wine courses complemented by visiting wineries throughout the world for tastings. Today, Dr. Pollock is a national wine writer (Canadian Doctor's Magazine), an educator, wine judge, and consultant in the field.

By day, Dr. Pollock is an internationally recognized surgeon, whose practice focus is in the area of men's health and reproductive medicine. He is currently on the world's forefront of developing the first implantable, reversible contraceptive device for men.

Dr. Pollock is very active in charitable organizations both locally and abroad and continues to serve on various boards and executive counsels for charitable organizations.

Dr. Pollock joined the Wine Writers' Circle of Canada in 2007.
